  • Which locations do you ship to?
    We ship all over India to major metro cities. If the delivery location is in rural then the order shipping is based on our logistic partners deliverable pin code.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Free shipping on orders Shipping rates shall be added only for rural destinations.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Standard shipping takes [5-7] business days. Expedited shipping takes [3-5] business days. Order processing takes [2] business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and order processing time.
  • What is your return policy?
    Items cannot be exchanged and not returned as products are customised. Except logistical damages we can initiate refund based on the internal team verification. In cases of blanks and bulk orders we can exchange or return based on the sizing issue or manufacturing defect or damages in transit.
  • When can I initiate a return?
    Contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?
