Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. However, during peak seasons or for custom orders, processing times may be longer.
Packaging:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on our shipping carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. However, due to the nature of our products and to minimize waste, we have a strict return and exchange policy.
Returns:
We only accept returns for items that have manufacturing defects. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We may require you to provide photos of the defect for verification.
Once we have verified the defect, we will issue a full refund or exchange, at your discretion, for exchange we will exchange the defect product within 3-5 days after approval form our end.
